Carm's Coneys is a fast casual restaurant offering dine-in, delivery and take out service. We serve the finest hot dogs and sausages imported directly from New York along with an updated menu including gourmet burgers, salads, homemade chili and more. The Carm's Coney concept is built upon the past and current success of providing a unique dining experience comprised of exceptional food items generally not available in the area. We not only provide great food but also offer a great atmosphere including plasma TV's, sports memorabilia, electronic stock tickers, ice cold beer and more.

Phase one strategic plan calls for the construction of five Carm’s Coneys in Orange County. Major developers and property managers are actively pursuing Red Hot Holdings to secure a Carm’s Coneys restaurant for their venues. Prominent locations in such cities as Costa Mesa, Orange, Anaheim, Irvine and Huntington Beach are in different phases of negotiation or are being evaluated. The 2006 census bureau estimates a population of 3,002,048 in Orange County with 3,607.5 persons per square mile.
